1. Product Returns

• Artisanal Variations: Handcrafted jewelry may have slight variations in size and dimensions.

• Return/Exchange: Products can be returned or exchanged at the current value, minus making charges and taxes, with the original solitaire certificate.

• Shipping Charges: A fee of 2% of the product value or the actual shipping cost (whichever is lower) will apply for returns.

• Certification: The original certificate must be returned; otherwise, a deduction will apply.

• Third-Party Alterations: Jewelry altered by third parties will not be accepted; all benefits will be nullified.

• Valuation: OnlyCarats reserves the right to re-evaluate the product value based on quality inspection.

2. Lifetime Exchange / Upgrade Policy

• Exchange/Upgrade Anytime: Jewelry can be exchanged or upgraded at any time.

• Credit: Receive 100% of the prevailing metal price and 90% of the diamond value, excluding making charges and taxes, up to INR 300,000.

• Condition: Damaged items or those missing stones/certificates will incur proportional deductions.

• Deductions: Making charges and taxes will be deducted from the exchange value.

• After receiving the product at headquarters and email will sent for the confirmation of the product. After which the exchange of the product will be done in 15days thereafter.

3. Buyback Policy

• Sell Back: Receive 100% of the metal weight at current rates and 80% of the diamond value at market price.

• Discounts: Any discounts given at the time of purchase will be deducted from the exchange amount, up to INR 300,000.

4. 15-Day Money-Back Policy (In-Stock Products Only)

• Applicability: This policy applies only to in-stock products and is not applicable for custom-made products.

• Returns: Eligible within 15 days of purchase, up to INR 300,000.

• Refund Process: Refunds will be processed via online bank transfer within 2 weeks after quality assurance approval.

• Conditions:

  • Products must be unused and undamaged.

  • Returns must include the original invoice and product certificate.

  • OnlyCarats reserves the right to refuse unreasonable or excessive returns.
