Domestic Shipping

• Free Shipping: Available across India.

• Order Processing:

  • Jewelry is made to order, typically taking 21 days from order to delivery.

  • Complex orders may take longer; customers will be informed in advance.

• In-Stock Items: Shipped within 24–48 hours in metro cities.

• Full Payment Required: Orders are processed only after receiving full payment.

• Notifications: Customers will be informed when orders are shipped and in case of any delivery time changes.

• Special Occasions: Customers can inform us in advance to help maintain surprises for gifts.

• Delivery Protocol:

  • Recipient must provide valid identity proof.

  • Parcels will be handed over only to the specified person(s).

• Insurance: All products are fully insured during transit.

• Tampered/Lost Shipments: Must be reported immediately.

• Non-Reroutable: Shipments cannot be rerouted once dispatched.

• Return Shipping Charge: A nominal fee of 2% of the product value or the actual shipping cost (whichever is lower) will be charged for returned products.

• Order Processing: New products take 3 weeks to create.

• Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable: International orders cannot be returned or refunded.

• Serviceability: Products sold and delivered internationally are not serviceable.

• Secure Shipping: All packages are secured and insured.

• Carriers: Shipments are made via DHL, FedEx, and Aramex.

• Customs Duty: Applicable as per the destination country’s regulations.

• Shipping Destinations: Regular shipping is available to Singapore, UK, US, UAE, and Australia.
